DERMAL FILLER

I am a professionally trained practitioner and work from a clinic which standards have been approved by the local council.

Dermal filler is a naturally occurring hyaluronic acid gel that is injected into the LIPS to plump and shape and areas of the FACE to smooth away wrinkles and add contour. The results improve the appearance instantly and lasts around 9 to 18 months before it safely dissolves. It’s a real confidence booster without having to have surgery. Please note, sometimes more than 1ml will be needed to achieve the results required. This is usually done gradually to give the tissues time to adjust.

It is normal to experience some bruising and or swelling following this procedure. Arnica can be given to you to take home along with an ice pack should you require it. Swelling can last from a couple of hours to a few days and bruising takes up to 14 days to disappear. It is important not to plan any vigorous exercise and avoid heat for at least 6 hours. A detailed aftercare sheet will be given to you post treatment.

Lip enhancement
Gives a look that can be tweaked to your preference. You can have plump, juicy lips or a natural, full enhancement. Dermal filler can also be used to balance the top and bottom lip and adds definition to mature lips that lack tissue support.

Smokers lines
These are the lines that run vertically from the lips. They can be caused by many other things, not necessarily smoking. Filler is placed into these creases making them much softer. Works very well with a muscle relaxant (Botox) too.
