Cancellation, Lateness & Booking Policy

We totally understand that life gets busy — all we ask is a little notice so we can keep everything running smoothly and everyone looking fabulous 💕

• Treatments under 2 hours: Require 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Treatments over 2 hours: Require 72 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations (within notice period): 50% of the treatment cost will be retained.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows: Full treatment cost will be charged.
• Running late? If you’re more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a 50% treatment fee may apply.

Botox Prescribing Service:
A £50 booking fee is required within 24 hours of booking to secure your appointment.
If you cancel, fail to attend, or do not fulfil your prescribing appointment, the £50 booking fee will be retained.

Age Policy:

• Clients under 16 must be accompanied by an adult during their appointment.
• Children under 10 are not permitted in the treatment room, to ensure safety and a relaxing environment for both clients and therapists.

Packages:

All treatment packages must be paid for in advance at the time of booking.

Packages are non-transferable and non-refundable, but appointments within the package can be rescheduled in line with our standard cancellation policy.
