OTHER POPULAR TREATABLE AREAS ARE:
Bunny Lines, Smokers Lines, Chin and Corners of the Mouth

The treatment works by...
Reducing the activity of the nerve transmitter within the muscle by injecting Botulinum Toxin into the specific area.  This causes relaxation of the targeted muscle which in turn smooths out the wrinkle.

How long will the treatment last?
The nerve transmitters gradually rebuild over 3-4 months however, some people do find results last longer.  It is recommended to have this treatment around to 3 to 4 times per year to maintain the result.

Anti Wrinkle Injections
Botox is widely used in medicine and has been for over a hundred years. It is a toxin that blocks nerve activity within the muscles and over time (around 4 months), the body breaks this down and eliminates it naturally. It is considered safe and effective at treating wrinkles and has been used cosmetically since the 1990’s.

What to expect...
A series of small injections are placed, precisely into the relative site on the face. This is relatively pain free and any discomfort or site swelling usually subsides quickly. Every precaution is taken to avoid bruising but there is a very small risk, however this can be covered easily with makeup. I will go through aftercare with you at your appointment but for the first 4 hours it is important to; keep your head upright, do not do any strenuous exercise or get excessively hot.
