Booking Fees-
Are required for treatments over 2 hours long and treatments over £50.
Fees to secure a treatment appointment are non-refundable and must be paid within 24 hours of booking. The clinic allows clients to move their appointment once only if they need to reschedule their appointment. If you would like to rearrange your appointment, it must be before the 24 hour time period and you must provide an alternate date.
Missed, late and appointments cancelled without at least 24 hours notice will result in full treatment price being paid.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will try but may not be able to carry out your treatment which will result in a loss of the fee.
The first consultation is free per treatment. Missed or cancelled consultations within the 48 hour cancellation period will result in the next booked consultation being charged at £20. Consultations for specific treatments are required when the clinic feels this is necessary for the safety of the client.
All treatment prices are subject to change.
Packages-
All packages must be paid in full at the start of the first treatment.
Cancellation policy-
Less than 2 hour (treatment time) appointments made without a booking fee can be cancelled up to 24hours prior to the appointment with no cancellation fee.
For Over 2 hour appointments, allow 72 hours notice. Cancellations out of this timeframe will be charged at 50% of the appointment fee. Unattended appointments will be charged full price.
If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we will try but may not be able to carry out your treatment which will result in a 50% of the treatment charge fee and you will need to rebook.
Age Restrictions-
16 to 18 year olds are welcome to have treatments, however they must be accompanied by an adult during the consultation and a consent form signed by their parent or guardian.
As there is potentially harmful equipment in a small spaced area, children under 10 years old are not permitted in treatment room.
